Screening of the film Les inoubliables

Lucile Bertrand’s film Les inoubliables will be presented at Les Halles de Schaerbeek, on the occasion of Poetik Bazar on Saturday 20 September.

Thirteen women interpret in their own languages the texts of twenty-five poetesses from different eras and continents, who never knew each other, but who nevertheless shared the same preoccupations. The script is built solely on these poems, which respond to each other, producing a series of conversations about constraints, wars and struggles, but also about the writing, relationships with others and one’s place in the world.

Screenings are free of charge, but registration is mandatory.
