Cáceres Abierto is a biennial programme of contemporary art and culture, which integrates interventions in the public space, exhibitions, debates and workshops. A set of proposals of both symbolic and practical nature, respectful of the community and the environment, that reflect critically on everyday reality, promoting dialogue and citizen participation.
